Initial Manufacturing Cycles
Remanufactured Toner Cartridges for Pitney Bowes fax machines- All cartridges entering PBfaxsupplies.com's initial manufacturing cycle will have only been used through their original cycle and have not been remanufactured by other remanufacturing/recycling companies ("virgin" cartridges).
- All cartridges are pre-tested prior to manufacturing.
- All cartridges are completely disassembled and are thoroughly cleaned, including vacuum cleaning of all parts and cavities.

All cartridges are reassembled using:
- New long life photoconductor drums as needed,
- Thoroughly cleaned corona wires or recoated PCRs,
- New long life cleaning blades,
- New graphics-quality toner,
- New toner hopper seals, for products that are to be shipped via UPS)
- All cartridges pass final testing and QA procedures.
- All cartridges are stamped with the date of manufacture and include PBfaxsupplies.com's name and customer service telephone number.
- All cartridges are packaged in mylar anti-static bags.
- All cartridges are packaged with new felt cleaning wands (if applicable).
- All cartridges are packaged and labeled either for local delivery or for shipment via UPS.
- All cartridges are packaged in clean cardboard boxes (made from recycled cardboard) and labeled with product description and PBfaxsupplies.com's name and customer service telephone number.
- All cartridges carry our full satisfaction guarantee.
Subsequent Manufacturing Cycles
Remanufactured Toner Cartridges for Pitney Bowes fax machines- Cartridges that have completed three remanufacturing cycles are "decommissioned" (returned to Pitney Bowes for their recovery program).
- All cartridges are pre-tested prior to manufacturing.
- All cartridges are completely disassembled and are thoroughly cleaned, including vacuum cleaning of all parts and cavities.

- New long life photoconductor drums as needed,
- Thoroughly cleaned corona wires or recoated PCRs,
- New long life cleaning blades,
- New graphics-quality toner,

- Other replacement parts as needed.
